Not yet in the Chrome Web Store. You load it yourself, in Developer mode: six steps, below. It runs on a computer, in Chrome 116 or later or a browser built on it, such as Brave or Edge; not on a phone.

What's inside

Five cats, one extension.

The extension carries five of the agency's seven cats, a tab each. Popcat, CashCat and Crying Cat read the chain through your own RPC, set in Options: the public Solana RPC answers 403 to browser extensions.

  • CoinMarketCat AI trading

Write a strategy in plain English: a model proposes each trade, with your own Anthropic key, and code holds the limits it cannot change. It starts on paper.

  • Snipurr The sniper

New pump.fun launches, sniped by rule. It starts switched off, and never buys a coin your own wallet launched.

  • Popcat Cat-coin scanner

Runs twelve on-chain checks on new cat coins on pump.fun, with your RPC, and names their red flags, as text. It trades nothing.

  • CashCat Coin launcher

Launches a cat coin of your own on pump.fun, typed or drafted from a trend, from the autopilot wallet only, with your RPC and your Pinata key. Auto mode is off until you arm it.

  • Crying Cat Rug check

Paste a mint address: it reads the chain, with your RPC, for the signs of a rug. It trades nothing.

Install

Six steps. About a minute.

The same in Chrome, Brave and Edge.

  1. Download the zip.

The download button above saves cat-intelligence-agency-extension.zip.

  2. Unzip it.

Double-click it (on Windows: right-click, then Extract All). You get a folder with manifest.json in it. Move it somewhere it can stay, such as Documents: the browser loads the extension from that folder every time it starts.

  3. Open chrome://extensions.

Type it in the address bar. In Brave: brave://extensions. In Edge: edge://extensions.

  4. Turn on Developer mode.

The switch is at the top right of that page (in Edge, on the left).

  5. Click Load unpacked and choose the unzipped folder.

The one with manifest.json in it. The extension appears as a card on the page.

  6. Pin the extension.

Click the puzzle-piece icon in the toolbar, then the pin beside the extension (in Edge, the eye icon). Click its icon to open it.

Update it

  1. Download the new zip and unzip it.
  2. Replace the old folder with the new one: same place, same name.
  3. On the extensions page, click the reload arrow on the extension's card.

Your settings stay. The browser keeps them under the extension's ID, and an extension you load unpacked takes its ID from its folder's path. Load it from a different folder and the browser treats it as a new extension, with none of your settings.

Checked in Chromium, from this zip: the folder replaced in place and reloaded kept the same ID and the settings, and so did a restart; the same zip loaded from another folder came up as a new extension, with no settings.

Remove it

Removing the extension deletes everything it stored in this browser: its settings, your API key and the encrypted key of any wallet it made. If such a wallet holds anything, withdraw it first.

  1. On the extensions page, click Remove on the extension's card.
  2. Delete the folder you unzipped.

Checked in Chromium, from this zip: after Remove, the same folder loaded again came back with no settings.

Safety

Before you run it.

  • It starts on paper.

CoinMarketCat trades a paper vault until you switch it to live, and Snipurr starts switched off. Nothing spends real money until you fund a wallet and ask it to yourself: arm a lane, or launch a coin with CashCat. Only fund what you can afford to lose.

  • CashCat signs with the autopilot wallet only.

A launch is held to a 0.015 SOL budget, spent whether or not anyone buys the coin. It is checked and simulated on your RPC before the autopilot wallet signs it, never Phantom, and it goes only when you type the coin's ticker. A dev buy is 0 unless you set one, at most 0.05 SOL. Its auto mode is off until you arm it by typing the sentence it prints; armed, it launches at most two coins a UTC day, with no dev buy, and never buys or sells them.

  • Bring your own RPC.

Popcat, Crying Cat and CashCat need an RPC you set in Options, from a provider such as Helius, Triton or QuickNode, and so do Snipurr and CoinMarketCat's live trades. The public Solana RPC answers 403 "Access forbidden" to the extension.

  • Your keys stay in your browser.

Your API keys, your RPC address and the encrypted key of any wallet it makes are kept in the extension's own storage in this browser, and each key is sent only to the service it is for: your Anthropic key only to Anthropic, your Pinata key only to Pinata's upload API. The agency runs no server for the extension to report to.

  • Check the SHA-256.

Compute the zip's SHA-256 and compare it with the one above. If they differ, do not load it.

    • Windows certutil -hashfile cat-intelligence-agency-extension.zip SHA256
    • macOS shasum -a 256 cat-intelligence-agency-extension.zip
    • Linux sha256sum cat-intelligence-agency-extension.zip
Chrome Web Store

Not yet in the Chrome Web Store. Until it is, you load it in Developer mode as above, and it does not update itself: new versions are here, and each tagged version, with its SHA-256 sums, is on the repository's releases page. The source is on GitHub, and the README says how to build it yourself.
